Please fill out the form below to apply for a volunteer position.CCF is currently seeking volunteers to help organize the AfroJazz Fest, which will take place on Saturday, August 26 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This two-day event will be held at the Milton Community Sports Park, located at
805 Santa Maria Blvd, Milton, ON L9T 2X5.

-If desired, a single volunteer may sign up for multiple volunteer assignments.
