Basketball Otago Club Player Transfer Form

The following procedure for club player transfers will apply:

i. Player intending on transferring must complete the form below and fill out all necessary information 24 hours before the players first game in their new club.

ii. The person requesting transfer must wait for appropriate checks (cleared of all previous clubs and Basketball Otago debts) are in place before playing for the new club.

iii. Basketball Otago will be in contact with confirmation of successful transfer or decline of transfer as soon as possible.
