Trials Information
Session 1: 3rd April– 4.00pm – to 5.30pm
Session 2: 4th April – 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Location: Darwin Basketball Stadium
Age Group: 2010 and 2011 (No other age group considered for trials or selection)
Gear: Wear club uniform, closed sport shoes & bring water bottle. (NO basketballs)
Note: Attendance at both trainings is compulsory to be eligible for selection. (Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration)
After trials, we will then announce a training squad that must attend an 8-week term 2 cyclones academy program with BNT for $100 on Friday afternoon. Team and reserves will be announced at the discretion of the Head Coach and Assistant Coach.
There will be regular training (2-3 sessions a week), until the lead up to the U14 National Club Championships, in Melbourne from 23rd to 30th September 2023. The cost to participate is about $3300/participant, however teams often undertake fundraising initiatives to contribute towards those costs.
