Junior Membership Form 2021 HC&BHC
This form MUST be completed by the PARENT OR GUARDIAN of current and new junior members for the Season 2021 - 2022.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP APPLIES TO ALL PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS ON 1ST SEPTEMBER ON THE YEAR OF THE APPLICATION BEING MADE.

Junior membership is FREE but match fees may apply for some games.

Juniors must be aged 13 years or over to represent the Club in League games. Current match fees are £3 per game.

Fees may be applied to Junior Development games for those players aged under 13. Details will be advised at the team selection.

Fees for training sessions apply to ALL Junior members
