Standard Waiver and Exclusion Agreement
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISKS INVOLVED IN MY/MY CHILD'S PARTICIPATION IN MASSEY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES.  I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Community Association, its officers, participants, promoters, sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof, owners and leasees of the premises used to conduct said activities, and each of them, from all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assignees, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage on account of injury to person or property.
I, the Participant or Parent/Guardian of the participant agree to the above waiver. *

Zumba fee: $40
Massey Place Community Association Membership Fee: $10 per household.
- The membership fee is valid from September 2022 to August 2023.  
- We recognize community memberships from other associations within Saskatoon.
Payment can be eTransferred to organizer@masseyplace.org
We also accept cash or cheques made out to the "Massey Place Community Association".

We have Cost as a Barrier funding to pay for classes for those who cannot afford them.
