Activity Information

Kidsfest invites you to be apply to be an activity partner at our event. There is no fee to participate but all partners must offer an engaging activity for our guests that showcases your group/organization. No trade show-style booths are allowed.

Important information:
All activity applications will receive at least one 10x10 space, all needs will be reviewed based on activity.
location will be pre-assigned and you must provide your own approved structure (pop up tent) unless other arrangements have been made.
You are responsible for weatherproofing your materials.
We will not be offering exclusivity to any of our activations. We will try to pair you with activities that are complimentary, not competitive, but we can not guarantee exclusivity.
You must abide by and obtain all City of Winnipeg license and permit bylaws if needed
Set up will be the Wednesday prior to the event or the morning of day 1. All partners must be set up and ready for guests no later than 9:00 am on Thursday and Friday, and 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday, and will operate until closing each event day.
We will allow move out after the crowds have cleared out at the end of the event.
Failure to abide by the attached rules and regulations will result in potential loss of privileges to future on site events.
