Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Application
CIT’s are youth assigned to share responsibility in leadership roles with an experienced adult counselor as a mentor. CIT’s must be at least 15 years of age at the time Jr Camp begins. CIT programs encourage the development of camp leadership roles.
Specific Responsibilities - under the direction of the cabin counselor:
Assist cabin counselor as needed
Help create a cabin community
Be sensitive to the needs of individual campers
Have an opportunity to teach classes or assist in worships
Mentorship by their counselors
Lead campers in cabin activities such as skits, cleanup, cabin
      devotions, and classes
