Complete this reading log to participate in the 2023 Summer Reading and Activity Program! Every 20 minutes spent reading adds another ticket with your name to the raffle for prizes at the end of Summer Reading!

Also be sure to say if you attended a library event -- that counts for another ticket!   

INSTRUCTIONS: At the end of the day and week, just tally up and submit your response. Left over minutes will be rounded up and counted as an additional ticket for turning in your log. Once it's full, come by the library to fill out your tickets and put them into the prizes of your choosing!
