Thank you so much for your interest in our custom, Canadian made jewelry. We are so excited to create you something special.

To begin, please fill out the following questionnaire. These questions are important because they will help guide our initial consultation call, as well as our design process.

Once we have received your completed questionnaire, we will contact you to set up an initial consultation call. We will review the information you've provided, answer any questions you have and discuss next steps!

A non-refundable custom design fee of $250 will be collected after our initial complimentary consultation prior to any design creation.

Once the design fee has been paid, we will mock up one design to review with you. Donna has been designing jewelry her whole life and brings a wealth of knowledge. While changes are seldom made, one round of revisions is included in your design fee.

We will then be able to provide the final price, which will be within the price range you specified in the following questionnaire.

Please anticipate investing at least $500 for any custom piece.

Custom jewelry can range widely in price and the range you give us will dictate what materials we can use, the style we can create and the size of the piece. We cannot begin our consultation process until you are able to provide a price range you are comfortable with. Please note we charge a $250 custom design fee on every piece, payable before design begins. This fee does not include time or materials. *
