The Uniform Exchange will endeavour to complete your order to the best of our ability, but please understand that our ability to complete orders relies on the supply we receive in the exchange. It may only be possible for us to partially complete your order and it may not be possible to complete any orders for certain requests (particular shoe sizes, for example). We aim to distribute the uniform to as many families as possible, rather than complete as many orders as possible.

We keep all forms for 3 months in case there are any problems with the order or delivery. After this date, all physical copies of the forms will be destroyed and no electronic copy of the forms will be retained.
