Thank you for your interest in Mental Health First Aid. This course is scheduled for January 30, 2023 from 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a break for lunch, which is provided. The location is the CCE Oneida County, 121 2nd Street, Oriskany, NY 13424. There is no cost to attend.

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance abuse-related crisis.

In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies, for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
