Bridgeview School Cell Phone Permission Form 22/23
Cellular Telephone Policy:

Possession of a cellular telephone by a student is a privilege, which may be forfeited by any student who fails to abide by the terms of this policy. A student may possess a cellular telephone in school, on school property, at after school activities and at school-related functions, provided that during school hours and in school buildings, the cell phone remains off and must be kept in the student's book bag. Students must have a signed parent permission form on file with the school to have the privilege to have a cell phone on school property.

Before and after school, phones may only be used outside of the school building. Violations of this policy will result in confiscation of the cellular telephone and/or loss of the privilege to carry one. Parents will have to pick up confiscated cellular phones. The student who possesses a cellular phone shall assume all responsibility for its care. At no time shall Indian Springs School District or Bridgeview Elementary School Staff be responsible for preventing theft, loss, or damage to cell phones brought onto school property.

An electronic form must be filled out for EACH student individually, not per family.
