- in/entering/graduating high school, college, or grad school and considering a career as an artist OR in the opera, music, new music, theater or arts business ("pre-professional")
- professionals seeking guidance through something new or a transition of some kind
- dedicated amateurs with regular outlets for singing and a creative practice
