Heartland Days Parade Entries must be filled out and fee received by Friday, May 24th. Please return payment to New Horizons Chamber, 104 E Main St., New Hampton IA 50659. Make checks payable to New Horizons Chamber w/ Parade in memo. Lineup & parade information will be sent out on Tuesday, June 4th to the email included in this form.

*No Alcoholic Beverages Allowed in Parade* Parade entries are allowed to hand out items to participants. Please do not hand out Mr. Freezies or other frozen food items.

We wish to have an entry in the parade as a non-profit organization. No fee required. No fee for antique tractors/cars as long as there is no advertisement on them.

We wish to have an entry in the parade. There is a $25 fee per entry. (Political entries & class reunions must pay the $25 fee.)
