By completing and returning this application form you understand and accept the requirements for the retreat.
To secure your spot on the retreat, a 35% deposit is required after approval of your application which will be sent via email.
The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival at Serenity Eco Guesthouse.
All payments will be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices are shown in USD and only as an approximation.
