1. VP of media – creating posters and videos for posts

2. VP of publicity – posting on social medias and replying to any inquiries

3. VP of finance – managing our bank account

4. VP of sponsorship – looking for sponsors for an event

5. VP of events – proposing/organizing potential culture and/or social events

6. VP of recruitment – gathering volunteers for specific events/entering volunteer hours and interview the potential volunteers

7. VP of internal – taking notes during meetings for meeting minutes and action items and filling out forms on SU (creating an event/post-event form etc.)

8. VP of Operations – helping with VP of events to organize the events through following up with different VPs

9. Logistics – preparing/renting equipment for events and keep track of needed equipment by each subgroup/searching for venues for events
