UPDATE: Mahalo to everyone who participated in the live Q&A session held on Wednesday, March 13. The session was designed to address queries about the proposal process and foster collaboration among interested parties. We were thrilled with the lively participation and insightful questions raised during the event.

The ‘Awapuhi Labyrinth [http://rhythmfullcircle.com/labyrinth] is a unique property sale, because the Labyrinth is more than just a piece of land. It is a public space, a potential business, and a cherished community resource for meditation, connection, and healing. For more information about the Labyrinth’s assets, please refer to: https://rhythmfullcircle.com/labyrinth-for-sale/
We have received numerous inquiries from people who are excited about the opportunity to purchase, but who do not yet have the resources pulled together to make the purchase.
Our priorities as the current owners are as follows:
- To sell the labyrinth to someone who will continue its legacy as a public space for healing and reflection,
- To completely divest ourselves of any ownership or liability of the property,
- To recoup some of what we have personally invested in the property over the years of ownership and community building,
- And to complete the proposal process by May 1, 2024, when we will select the proposal that most resonates with our vision for the future of the Labyrinth.
That is why we have created this proposal form, which, upon submission to us, serves as a gateway to a binding agreement to purchase the Labyrinth if your proposal is chosen.
The deadline for proposal submission is April 30, 2024. When you submit this form, you are saying you have the resources in place to put down $1,200 earnest money and sign a Purchase Agreement by May 6, 2024.
Mahalo nui for your interest in purchasing this unique property. We look forward to reviewing your proposal.
Aloha,
Deborah & Tucker (Thomas)
