Junior Retreat Attendance
Please take a minute to complete this form which will help us with planning and preparation for the upcoming Junior Retreat. The retreat will be held at the Bishop Carmody field from 8:30am - 8:30pm. Masks, social distancing, and other safe practice protocols will be in place during the retreat.

Again, we are very excited to be able to offer retreats this year and we strongly encourage every student to attend this retreat as they are a beautiful opportunity to encounter the LORD and His love.

Would you be willing and able to help donate money (between $10-20) for dinner? This will help offset the cost of the retreat. (Ideas for meals are either sandwiches or pizza, as both would be easy but good. You can receive parent hours for this.) *
