This Rental Agreement is between the Fruitland Grange, hereinafter called the GRANGE, and the RENTER.  The RENTER must be at least 21 years of age. *

Renter agrees to abide by the following rules:

Bag all trash and put it in the dumpster prior to departure.
Return all tables and chairs to their original locations prior to departure.
Do NOT use tape, tacks, nails, pins, or anything that will damage the chairs, tables, walls, or floors. These items are prohibited.
Any and all decorations must be placed on the floor, on the tables, or tied to the chairs.
All decorations must be removed at end of rental
Illegal drugs and firearms are not allowed on GRANGE property or building
Smoking is only allowed outside the building at least 25 feet from a doorway or open window.
No gum or burning candles are allowed.
No signs are allowed on the outside of the GRANGE building or fence except during the event.
Last call for alcohol shall be a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event end time.
Exits may not be blocked by tables, chairs, staging, decorations, etc
Rice, birdseed, sparklers, confetti, artificial flower petals, balloons with confetti, or glitter are not allowed inside or outside the GRANGE.
No selling of any food, beverages, or other goods.
No fireworks are allowed on GRANGE property.
No fund-raising activities on GRANGE property.
The GRANGE allows only beer and wine to be served on GRANGE property.  If alcohol is served, the RENTER must station a person or persons at the GRANGE entrance throughout the event to screen for uninvited individuals.  Uninvited individuals are not authorized to enter the GRANGE.  If alcohol will be consumed, a banquet permit is required ( https://lcb.wa.gov/ ) A copy of the Banquet Permit must be posted during the event and must be sent to the GRANGE no later than FOURTEEN (14) days prior to the event. *

Restrooms will be stocked with basic paper supplies by the GRANGE before the use of the hall.  Any additional supplies for the event will be provided by the RENTER. *

Copy of Liability Insurance must be provided 14 DAYS prior to the event. A Liability and Damage Insurance policy must be provided by the RENTER. Damage Deposit is returned after inspection of the building and grounds by the GRANGE.  If it is determined that there is no damage, the building is clean, and all tables and chairs are returned to their original location, the full amount will be refunded.  If there is some damage or work to be done, some of the deposit may be held to cover the expenses. All damage deposits will be refunded via check mailed to the person and address entered here.  WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THE REFUND?  ENTER THEIR NAME AND ADDRESS BELOW: *
