Porn addiction happens when there is an unhealthy reliance on porn use to achieve satisfaction. However, this satisfaction is often short-lived, and the addiction can become detrimental to one's mental health, relationships, and even one's ability to focus on other daily tasks.

Often, there are underlying triggers behind porn addiction, such as trauma, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties. In a group setting, our certified counsellor will help you explore the root of the issue, as well as impart rehabilitative techniques to help you manage and overcome your addiction.
