Using this form, please submit your nomination/application for the 2020 White Rose Awards:
- Collegian of Excellence Award
- "Gamma por Vida" Alumna Award
- Emerging Leader Award
- Rising Alumna Award
- Servant Leader Award
- Diamond Chapter Award
- Collegiate Academic Achievement Award
- Philanthropic Excellence Award

Nominations/applications are due on April 11th, 2021 at 11:59PM.

Eligibility requirements vary based on the award. Most awards will require nominees to:
+ Be in good standing in the Sorority and/or university/college
+ Must be an active member of the Sorority.

Award Descriptions
Collegian of Excellence: The Collegian of Excellence Award recognizes a collegian who serves and embodies the mission and vision of Gamma Alpha Omega. The nominee should also demonstrate excellence in the following categories:
(1) Academic Achievement (3.0 or above cumulative GPA);
(2) Leadership Excellence (must include leadership roles outside of the Sorority);
(3) Community Service (must have completed  at least 100 community service hours);
(4) Commitment to the Latino Greek Community/Greek Community at large

“Gamma por Vida” Alumnae Award: The "Gamma por Vida" Alumnae Award recognizes an alumna or professional who embodies the standards of the Sorority and the Latino Greek Community through professional accomplishments and community involvement. This award recognizes outstanding alumnae who have made significant contributions resulting in national or regional recognition in the Sorority and their chosen fields or careers. Applicants must have professional experience of at least 5+ years.

Emerging Leader/Rising Alumna Award: The Emerging Leader Award and the Rising Alumna recognizes new members who have already made significant contributions to the Sorority and/or their chapter by demonstrating their potential for leadership and continuing service.
- Must have a 3.0 or higher (not applicable to Alumna)
- Must have been active for one year or less in their chapter.

Servant Leader Award: The Servant Leader Award recognizes the most altruistic and generous of our members, who practice social responsibility and humanitarianism. This award recognizes one (1) member who successfully integrates philanthropy as part of her everyday life through continuous contribution and participation of philanthropic events. They should be a positive role model and encourage other members to follow their example and give more generously to those most in need.
- Must have completed at least 150 community service hours in the past two (2) years and/or contributed at least $250 to philanthropic causes
- Must have a 2.8 or higher cumulative GPA (not applicable to Alumna)

Diamond Chapter Award: The Diamond Chapter Award recognizes one (1) collegiate and one (1) alumnae chapter, which has demonstrated excellence in the following categories:
(1) Academic Achievement (not applicable to alumnae chapters; must have a 2.8 or higher cumulative chapter GPA);
(2) Leadership Excellence;
(3) Community Service (must have completed at least 500 community service hours as a chapter);
(4) Chapter Integrity (must be in good standing with the sorority, university, etc.); and
(5) Commitment to the Latino Greek Community/Greek Community at large

Collegiate Academic Achievement Award: The Collegiate Academic Achievement Award recognizes a collegiate chapter for outstanding educational growth and commitment to intellectual development of its members. Must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative chapter GPA
