上課日程為”週末”, 教師將提供同步與非同步教學，上課時間視學員年齡需求與教師安排彈性調整, 原則上是一個半小時到兩個小時. 人數達到三人才開班。

*進階AP班視報名情況而決定視訊或實體上課。

Class Format :

*in-person Classes : Austin area Students

Language Class time: Sunday 2:00 pm to 4:05 pm

Class size : PK-8th grade class size : 1-15 students

Advanced and Bilingual Classes size requirement: 3 or more students

*Virtual Classes:** All grades open for long-distance students and adult classes and class schedule will arrnaged with the teacher"**. The instructor will provide both synchronous and asynchronous instruction. Class time is flexible depending on the age of the students and the teacher's schedule. The class time is normally one and a half to two hours. Classes will be held only when the number of students reaches three.

*Advanced classes (AP Chinese) are offered on a virtual or in-person basis depending on the enrollment.

• Registration fee: $20 per user (physical & online), non-refundable.
• Volunteer Waiver Fee: $30 (physical class) and $15 (online class) per family, this fee is non-refundable.

Our school is a non-profit organization and we need parents to participate in the operation of the school. This fee is to reward and thank the parents who volunteer their help.

• Learning materials Fee: $20 (includes paper and craft materials for the class) for PK -8th grades
• Adult conversational classes and AP Chinese class are at the discretion of the teacher.

**All Youth language classes tuition :

Full year $500, Early bird price $480 (before 8/1/ 2023), Sibling discount $10 (pay with full year tuition)

One semester $260, Early bird price$250 (pay with one semester tuition)

*Adult class :

*Extra-curricular classes: Adult Tai Chi $200, Children Kung Fu Class $100; Chinese knots $130 (including material fee), Child vocal class $100 

Extra-curricular classes: Adult Tai-ji, child KongFu, Chinese yoyo, child vocal class and Chinese knots class will start with minimun enrollment of 3 studnets.

• Take advantage of early bird pricing! Heritage and bilingual tuition will go up by $10-20 on 8/1/23.
• Sibling discount: If you have multiple students enrolling, please add each student separately to the cart. Don't forget to select the sibling discount option. Except the oldest student in the family, select the Sibling discount option which will apply a $10 discount only when full year tuition fee is selected.
• Refund/Cancellation Policy: Tuition refund will be prorated from 1st through last day of class minus administrative fees. ACS reserves the right to cancel classes for insufficient enrollments.
• Administrative Charges: For tuition Refund, it will be charged $35 for Chinese Class and $20 for Extracurricular Class.
