Fall 2021 - Math Circle Registration (all ages)
This form is to register children in any of the Riverbend Math Circles @ND for the Fall 2021.  Please if you are registering multiple children can you fill out the form for each one.  

Note per Notre Dame's policy on visitors and mask wearing, all parents and children will be required to wear a mask during Math Circles at Notre Dame.

All Math Circles will be held in Pasquerilla Center on Notre Dame's Campus. There is parking available in a lot next to the building as well as in the "Library Lot".  Exact classrooms will be communicated closer to the start date.
