I will take good care of my hotspot by keeping it clean, safe, out of direct sunlight/water/moisture, and away from food and beverages.
I will never leave the hotspot unattended.
I will never loan out my hotspot to other individuals.
I will know where my hotspot is at all times.
I will charge my hotspot battery daily to prepare for the school day.
I will not disassemble any part of my hotspot, remove any covers or attempt any repairs.
I will use my hotspot in ways that are appropriate and educational.
I will not alter the hotspot in any way, shape, or form (i.e. placing stickers on it, writing on it with markers, etc...)
I will not deface the asset tag on my hotspot.
I understand that my hotspot is subject to inspection at any time by school staff without notice and remains the property of Larchmont Charter School (“LCS”).
My parent or guardian will file a police report in case of theft or vandalism, and will give a copy of the police report to the Main Office.
I am financially responsible for any damage or loss. Approximate hotspot replacement cost:  $100
I agree to return assigned hotspot and its accessories in working condition when I graduate, disenroll, or transfer to another school on the date of exit.
I will immediately report tech issues (such as software and internet connection issues) to the LCS Main Office.  Tech issues will be handled by LCS Staff, no exceptions!

Larchmont Charter School reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of this policy, in general, at any time without notice.

Each hotspot will support 4 LCS devices.
