Mark Hardin Air Race Volunteer Sign Up 

Date: Saturday May 27, 2023 Time: 9am to 5pm Event location: Terrell Municipal Airport (KTRL), 400 East British Flying School Blvd Terrell, TX 75160

We will be representing WAI NTX Chapter at this annual air race via a booth we will have set up; so be ready to tell them all about the organization and their potential in the aviation industry! We also will be volunteering to assist with the pilots in their registration, shuttling them around the airport via golf cart from the FBO to the museum, helping with timing the race and then assisting with the award ceremony. Air Race Volunteer: Pilot Registration Table  *
Assist with checking in the racers, and providing them with their welcome kits.

Assist with recording the racers’ times as they cross the finish line. 
Air Race Volunteer: Hospitality

Assist the pilots, drive golf carts from the FBO to the British Flying School Museum/around airport, etc.

Assist with the award ceremony and distributing the awards to the winners.

Assist with parking the aircraft and aiding with the pilots’ racing order.
