2021 Volunteer 'Digger' Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help plant trees for The Park People's Denver Digs Trees program!

We are so excited to plant trees again this year. To do this, there are a few changes in place for the safety of all. Distribution is 100% contactless this year with trees landing on doorsteps thanks to volunteer delivery crews. We're branching out from a Distribution Day into a Distribution Week in order to allow for the stream of trucks coming through and to create more weekday opportunities for our big groups to get out here and volunteer together.

So, good news! You can sign up to pick-up and plant on any of those days. Another thing, this year Digger Crews are a BYOBubble event. Please plan to either dig solo or bring your own crewmates.  

As always, planting trees is important and kinda heavy work!  The ability to lift 40-50 lbs is required.

An important part of this role is contacting residents ahead of time to coordinate with them. These residents are very happy for your help and look forward to speaking with you.
