Release form to join stunt class every Saturday 1 to 2pm. IF class is canceled, it will be posted on our website at xceltumbling.com or on our Instagram and Facebook page. Waiver can be signed once and used for each time the athlete comes in.

I understand that X-Cel Tumbling is not responsible for any injury/accident that may occur during this class.
I am aware that there will be different levels from beginner to advanced in this class.
I am aware that one to two coaches will be present during this class and will be overseeing all athletes and may take part in stunt activities
I acknowledge that my child will progress at a level deemed appropriate by the coach running the class and may start at a lower level than they are used to.
I also aware that this class may be challenging and can push my child to become more flexible as a Flyer or stronger as a Base or Back.
Photos and videos are not allowed during the class. A coach can record for an athlete so they can respect other athletes privacy with film/video rights.
