School Picnic: RSVP by May 2nd

The school picnic will take place on Friday, May 5th at Dan Nicholas Park, Company Pavilion:

6800 Bringle Ferry Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146.

We need to know how many people are coming so we can plan accordingly for lunch. We also need to know how your child is getting to Dan Nicholas Park so we can coordinate transportation. Students may not be dropped off alone at the park. If you plan to meet CCA at the park, you must also plan to stay at the park.

Please use first and last name. We have several students with the same first name.

Number of people attending, excluding students.

We have already accounted for all of our students. Please only count non-students. If only students will be attending from your family, then please put "0."

How will your child(ren) get to Dan Nicholas Park?

Students may not be dropped off alone at the park.

If a student typically drives to school, he/she may drive to the park.

Dismissal will be at 3 pm from CCA for all students who needed transportation to and from CCA.

I will meet CCA at Dan Nicholas Park with my child(ren) at 9 am.

My child needs transportation to Dan Nicholas Park, but will leave with me from the park in the afternoon.

I am not able to attend. My child needs transportation to and from Dan Nicholas Park.

My licensed high school student will meet CCA at Dan Nicholas Park with my child(ren) at 9 am.
