Year 9 Options Evening - 09/03/22 - Booking Form

Dear Year 9 Parents/Carers,

Year 9 options evening is on Wednesday 9th March, next week, from 6pm to 8pm.

The event begins with a 20 minute overview presentation to all visitors in our main hall.

After the main presentation there are 5 slots in which visitors can go to a subject presentation about a specific option subject. This survey is to ask you what subjects you would like to visit on the evening. We will use this to create a timetable for you which ensures that no subject is overcrowded with visitors at a particular time.

Please fill in this survey ASAP, ideally by Sunday 6th March, if possible.

We collect your email so that we can contact you about your responses, if needed. You can also request a confirmation of your responses.
