Welcome to Peaslee's Piano Program!

Please complete this application to indicate your interest in participating in the Peaslee Piano Program. If we do not currently have an opening for you, completing this application ensures we have all your information on hand when a slot opens up.

Our fall semester is September-December, our spring semester is January-May, and we have limited programming over the summer. If we can't immediately place you in lessons, we recommend calling, emailing, or completing this form again at the beginning of each semester to indicate that you are still interested in the program.

Any students who are not currently on the Peaslee piano schedule - including former students -  must complete all the information below to be considered for lessons.
