2024 ALA Stick Skills Programme
Come along and learn how to pass/catch or fine tune your skills for the upcoming school & representative seasons! This Programme is open to all genders from ages 10-20. 

KEY INFORMATION

What: Development program aimed at developing all our up and coming lacrosse players! It is a fantastic opportunity to get mentored/coached by our coaching team, and have a lot of fun!

When: ALA's stick skills programme will be run over a series of five weeks every Wednesday starting from 6th March.

Dates:
Wednesday 6th March 
Wednesday 13th March
Wednesday 20th March
Wednesday 27th March
Wednesday 3rd April

Where: Western Park, 6-8pm.

Cost: Will be provided in a further email once you've registered your interest

Experience: All experience levels are welcome! Even if you are a complete beginner

All players will be expected to wear appropriate footwear and sportswear.  All players MUST have a mouthguard.
