Sarah's Pumpkin Patch Birthday Party Request Form
Have your birthday party at the pumpkin patch!
$50 fee to rent the space. (Includes 3 six foot tables plus 4 benches- seating for 10-15, plus a 10x10 tent).  This fee must be paid before the date/time is considered reserved.

If the pumpkin patch closes due to bad weather, the $50 fee will be refunded.

You bring your own food and any additional tables or seating that may be needed.
Private hayride for up to 20 individuals.
Pumpkin painting/decorating is additional (see below).
If you want to pick your own pumpkins from the patch, those pumpkins are $.65/lb.
Corn maze tickets may be added at the discounted rate of $4 per child (10 and under) and $6 per adult.

Saturday Party Options: 10 am - 12 pm, 2 pm - 4 pm
Sunday Party Options: 2 pm - 4 pm
If a date and time is missing that you're looking for, it has already been claimed.  These are the options that are left.

You are allowed 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for set up and clean up.  A trash can will be provided.  No open flames, grills, pets, or alcohol are allowed.  No electricity will be provided.

Pumpkin painting/decorating is an additional option as an activity for the party!  This includes one 3-5 pound pumpkin plus supplies for painting/decorating.  Makes a great party favor!  $5 per child.
