Includes one of more live Zoom Pilates classes PLUS one or more Pilates videos per week

Plus you will have free unlimited access to Kate's Pilates 'Tutorials' for the duration of the 6 weeks.

If you select 1 x Zoom you can only attend that specific class e.g Wed 9am level 3 (i.e. there is no ability to swap). If you want the ability to swap or be flexible and if you want to attend more than one Zoom class a week, please select the 2nd Option (2 x Zoom)

NB I will not be streaming the classes live from Llanfoist Village Hall (when we are permitted to re-start). This is due to the unreliability of the internet connection in the hall.
