Thank you for your desire to be an invaluable part of our team! All asistants are experienced graduates of the ISTA Progam they assist on. While taking on a variety of duties to support the event, Assistants will receive additional time and mentoring from the facilitation team to increase their skillsets in space holding at transformational events.
