Musically Fed is a 501(c)(3) that works with artists, promoters, management and venues nationwide to donate unused backstage meals to community organizations that feed people facing homelessness, hunger, and food insecurity. We are excited to partner again with Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island to repurpose unused catering from upcoming shows for those in need in the Chicagoland area.
We are seeking volunteers that can pick up food from the venue and deliver to area nonprofits. These are nighttime opportunities lasting one to two hours, with pick-up typically taking place between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. Receiving organizations are generally within a three-mile radius.
This is a fun way to join the live entertainment industry in the fight against hunger! Please see the schedule below for more details and specific times.
All positions and shifts are unpaid volunteer-based. Sign up for as many shifts as you like! Special instructions and details will be provided 24 hours in advance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
> Access to an SUV or pick-up truck that can accommodate hot meals and catering pans. Alternatively, a sedan with a deep trunk and space in the backseat should be able to hold most loads.
> Practice discretion and withhold judgement from recipients
> Uphold a friendly and professional attitude
> Must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult guardian
> Must be willing to sign a volunteer waiver
