Gain insights on navigating the Smith school and the workforce as a young professional amidst the current racial climate, COVID-19 and the challenges and opportunities associated with being Latinx in the US. Facilitated by Associate Dean Victor Mullins and co-sponsored by ALPFA, join three young alumni: Valeria Nogales ('15), Vania Beltran ('19) and Gerson Elias ('12), as they share their experiences followed by a meaningful discussion via breakout sessions with ALPFA executive board members.
