Application Form for a Mooring
Please answer the questions below to be added to the waiting list for a mooring at Community Moorings' pilot site (to the East of Linlithgow) or a future moorings site (on the Union or Forth & Clyde Canal). 

Further details will be requested before a mooring is allocated such as an up to date BSS certificate, craft insurance and any relevant permissions if interested in operating a business out of your boat.
