The undersigned member (s) in good standing of The Ledgewood Association do/does hereby appoint the Board of Trustees of the Association as attorney of the undersigned, with full powers of substitution and revocation, for, and in the name, of, the undersigned to vote, according to the number of votes which the undersigned, would then be entitled to cast, and with all the powers which the undersigned would be entitled to exercise if personally present at the annual meeting of The Ledgewood Association to be held on November 15, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. upon any matter coming before such meeting.
