Field trip reservations are $175 for a 60-75 minute show. We are glad to focus on specific Virginia SOLS for your grade. 

Throughout winter and spring 2024, we typically have available the days and times listed here. Please check below for a full schedule by date:

Monday: 10:00-12:30 & 2:00-5:00
Tuesday: 9:00-1:00
Wednesday: 10:00-12:30 & 2:00-5:00
Thursday: 9:00-12:00
Friday: 10:00-12:30

The planetarium has 116 seats plus 5 more ADA, wheelchair accessible locations. Larger groups may want to request two dates or time slots.

The list below shows our currently available times for field trips for winter/spring 2024. Date availability is subject to change as we are usually working with multiple schools at any one time to schedule field trips. Please keep this list in mind for the next two questions about when you would like to visit the planetarium. Also, a show is typically 60-75 minutes in length. Not the entire time listed below.

What Grade Level is the Group
Title of Full Dome Movie You Would Like to See *

Group Combining *
If your group does not fill the entire planetarium, are you open to allowing another school/group to combine with yours for a show? This is helpful for smaller groups (e.g. homeschool, non-profit, daycare, etc.)
