Who should sign up for the online program?
This program is suitable for 15 y/o+ adults and young adults who want to begin their Chinese learning journey or to review basic Chinese
Who should sign up for online conversation classes?
Online conversation class is for students who have known some knowledge of Chinese and are able to say a few basic sentences.
How long is a lesson?
Each online lesson lasts 50 minutes.
When will I have the access to the online class and material?
After we receive your registration form and payment, you will receive a link to the class via email.
How do I find out my current level?
You may look at the topics in the curriculum and decide for yourself. If you're still not sure, contact at tcmlatl@gmail.com
Can I try before I sign up?
Of course! 
You can try the first lesson and still get a full refund. You may also write to us or leave us a message below to arrange a time for a trial lesson.
If I am unable to attend the program for whatever reason, may I keep my booking and change it to another program date?
Regretfully, we are unable to keep your booking for the future program. We apologize for the inconvenience. You'll still have access to all the class material and recordings for self-studying. Hopefully, you join our live lessons again!
Under what circumstances can I get a refund?
Up until the first lesson, you can get full refund. After the second lesson, you can get 80% back. Following the third lesson, a refund will no longer be available.
