In plain language...what problem in long-term strategic planning are you tackling? Our assumption is attendees see the value in game-changing, long-term strategic planning BUT__<a challenge/excuse your presentation will address>. Use the following format: My ideal participant will learn how to [<action>] even/especially when [<condition>] so that [<new standard>]. For example. "My ideal participant will learn how to tie their shoelaces even when they are tipsy so that they can wear lace-ups while dancing at the bar." (We use this for our planning purposes, so don't use promotional language). *
What is the draft/working title of your presentation? 10 words max Title, 12 words max Subtitle (e.g. "How to Save Time in Strategy Retreats | Shortcuts that Don't Produce a Drop in Quality")
