*Important Information*
Students will be provided with the opportunity to complete a Bachelor and a Juris Doctorate degree within six years. Students in all majors may apply for admission to the Accelerated 3+3 Program. The first three years of study will include at least three years of courses (or 90 credit hours) at the main campus in Tallahassee, Florida and the fourth year at the FAMU College of Law in Orlando, Florida as part of the first year of law school.
FAMU will confer a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) following successful completion of the fourth year of study to include 30 credit hours earned at the FAMU College of Law. Participating student must complete the first year mandatory curriculum in good academic standing, and with no failing grade. The FAMU COL will confer the J.D. degree. Students are eligible to participate when all requirements of the 3+3 Program are met.

• Second semester freshman
• ACT and/or SAT Scores
• Have already completed at least 12 credit hours
• Undergraduate Transcript
• Resume
• 2 Letters of Recommendation
• Essay
• Interview
REQUIRED MATERIALS/DOCUMENTS
All required materials must be combined and submitted in one PDF file.
• Resume, unofficial undergraduate transcript, and two letters of recommendation - 1 letter must be an academic letter (from a teacher, professor, and/or from your academic advisor).
• 500-word personal statement of your reasons for seeking admission to the 3+3 Program and any additional information about yourself, your experiences, and/or your reasons for wanting to study law which you think will be helpful to the selection committee in evaluation of your application.
