Camper Agreement: I promise as a camper at Machaca Summer Camp, that I will respect the staff and obey all camp rules. I also promise to get involved in all camp activities and have fun while I'm there. I realize that if I fail to follow the rules, disrespect staff, or disrupt the camp experience I may be dismissed from camp. *
I understand that I am not allowed to bring  any of the following items to Machaca Summer Camp:

Guns/Knives/Weapons of any kind
Drugs or Alcohol
Phone/Ipod/MP3 players
Immodest Clothing

Bringing any of the above items will mean an immediate dismissal from camp. If items brought by the camper are illegal, such as weapons or drugs, we will get police involved.

I understand that campers are not allowed to leave camp unless an emergency occurs. If a camper must leave for any other reason, they must bring a written consent form from a parent or guardian giving them permission to leave. 

In such cases, the parent would be responsible to arrange any extra transportation the child would need. We will be unable to provide any extra rides.
