There is a 3 stage process for all applications: Enquiry - Assessment  - Confirmation

All applicants must provide samples and or photos of products and images of previous show set ups  This is essential information to aid in the selection process. Failure to provide this information will invalidate your application.

2022 prices included VAT and are held from 2021.

Week 1 - (£1,260) Saturday 12 and Sunday 13, Wednesday 16 – Sunday 20 November (7 days)
Week 2 – (£900) Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 November (5 days)
Week 3 – (£900) Wednesday 30 November to Sunday 4 December (5 days)
Week 4 – (£900) Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 December (5 days)
Week 5 – (£900) Wednesday 14 to Sunday 18 December (5 days)

Timings - 12pm to 7pm

Audience capacity is currently capped at 6,000 visitors per day

You will be notified if your application is successful by the end of March 2022. The committee’s decision is final.  Due to the large volumes of applicants we receive, we are not able to give individual feedback to unsuccessful applicants. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
