If you cannot attend Zenkaikon 2022 or need to request a refund of your Zenkaikon 2021 membership for other reasons, we are making an exception to our standard no-refunds policy for this year. Please fill out the below form by January 31, 2021.

The e-mail address you submit must match the email address used on your membership. Note that group registrations can only be refunded to the primary registrant for the group.

Refund requests may take 30 days to process. We appreciate your patience.
