I, hereby agree to allow Water Watch Penang to: *

(1) Plan and implement the installation of water saving equipment in my school/school compound, totally free of charge for my school. This is in line with the aspiration of the Penang State Government’s vision Penang2030 (via Penang Green Council and PBAPP Sdn Bhd);

(2) Plan and implement educational activities which is in line with the rules and regulations of Penang State Education Department;

(3) Release photos of the project in my school, to be used for social media educational posting and not for commercial purposes;

(4) Obtain from PBAPP Sdn Bhd the release of my school’s water bills for the purpose of documentation, research and monitoring on total water savings upon installation of water saving equipment for the period before the project (2018 to 2021) and after the commencement of the project (2022-2030).

(5) I understand that the installation of water -saving equipment is free of charge with a six - month warranty. If the water saving equipment installed in your school from the date of installation, is damaged technically and not in terms of vandalism, Water Watch Penang will replace the damaged equipment free of charge.

This project is an international collaboration between Water Watch Penang, Clean International Inc. and Intel Corporation, in partnership with Penang Water Supply Corporation, Penang Green Council and Green Educator's Workgroup (GREW) with the support of Malaysian Ministry of Environment and Water, Penang State Department of Education, Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang and Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai.
