Cap and Gown/ Diploma Card Order for 2022 Graduation
A cap, gown and tassel MUST be ordered by ALL Seniors for graduation. Student cap and gown orders will be delivered to Somerville High School and will be distributed to the students prior to graduation. To ensure accurate sizing, please complete all fields in the form below.

The total cost for the cap, gown and tassel is $43.00.  (No tax or handling fee required).  Payment in full is due with your completed order form. Payment will only be accepted through Paypal, Venmo, or telephoned credit card information directly to Balfour.  We appreciate your consideration and flexibility to ensure contactless exchange for payment.

**Please note there will be a $15 late fee for all orders received after October 15, 2021.
