Although we have selected Honorees, we look to you to nominate individuals in the community to receive a Catalyst Community Award. Do you know women or girls (ages 11-18) who are creating a spark that ignites passion & positive change? If so, nominate her for a Catalyst Community Award. Self Nominations are welcomed. Nominees do not have to live in the STL / IL area but must be present to receive the award.

When considering women for nomination, think about those who:
Demonstrate an exemplary  track record of community service, leadership or excellence in business in the STL Metro Area (IL and MO)
Lead / own an equity, leadership, entrepreneurship, or ministry initiative, organization, or business.
Are community minded and value global and cultural  issues.
Serve as a role model or mentor for women or girls aspiring to be leaders or entrepreneurs.
Display the qualities of excellence, integrity, faith, compassion, and service by serving a purpose higher than herself.​

When considering girls (ages 11-18) for nomination, think about those who:
Merit special recognition based on intellectual promise, aspirations, and leadership potential.
Demonstrate character and motivation to achieve leadership or business goals.
Are confident contributors to community, cultural  and global solutions.
Display the qualities of excellence, integrity, faith, compassion, and service by serving a purpose higher than herself.​
