Follow Up Survey
Thank you to all of the families that responded to our initial survey on introducing a Canteen at Rangeview. We had a huge response with 349 families completing the survey.
A large majority of families did respond in support of a canteen with 79.8% saying yes. In addition to this 69% of families reported that they would order once a week or more if there was a canteen available.
Thank you for all of the written comments and feedback. There were many responses asking that health food be a focus and also some concerns raised about the cost to families of bought lunch options. The written feedback was provided to school council and the school staff in its entirety.
A final question on whether more information was wanted by families resulted in 79.1% asking for this to be provided.
If Rangeview was to start a process towards a canteen, the first step would be to engage an external company that offers delivered lunches. One option is Classroom Cuisine.
