AHA Senior Party 2021
Fill out this form to register for the Class of 2021 Senior Party held from 7 pm on Sunday, June 6th until 1 am on Monday, June 7th. Students are locked in and will not be allowed to leave early unless with a parent or guardian. After you've filled out this form, please submit electronic payment or mail your check payable to "AHA" for $125 (if by May 16) or $150 (if after May 16) to Class of 2021 Senior Party, AHA Business Office, 6600 Nicollet Ave, Richfield, MN 55423. If you'd like information about receiving financial aid for the cost of the ticket, please contact Nancy Cullen in the AHA Business Office at financialaid@ahastars.org.

IMPORTANT: A PARENT/GUARDIAN is REQUIRED to DROP OFF THE STUDENT at 7:00 PM. Doors close at 7:30 PM. Students will be locked in (not allowed to leave) and are REQUIRED to be PICKED UP BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN at 1:00 AM Monday morning.
